Lapis Lazuli and gold Necklace

        Lapis lazuli is a decorative stone brought to ancient Persia from the Badakhshan Mountains in Afghanistan. The word lapis lazuli comes from the Persian word lazhevard meaning "blue."

        Now let's make a lapis lazuli necklace for ourselves.


        You will need:

        1. 1 cup of flour
        2. 1/4 cup of salt
        3. Water
        4. Dark blue paint
        5. Gold paint
        6. Thread
        7. Sharp pin
        8. Paint brush

        Directions:
