Golden Pectoral
A pectoral is an ornament worn on the chest. The ancient Persians, both men and women, wore bronze, silver, or gold pectorals on their robes. The decorative gold pectorals were the sign of wealth and status.
Let's make one for ourselves.
You will need:
Directions:
Draw a circle on the cardboard with the help of a jar lid.
Ask an adult to cut out the circle.
Glue the gold foil on the circle.
Wrap the gold foil around the plastic beads and glue them on the circle.
Let the glue dry.
Paint the pin gold.
Tape the pin to the back of the pectoral.
Now you can wear it on you shirt.
